Keep 2 sets of each — one for submission, one as backup
- Aadhaar card photocopy — Bride
- Aadhaar card photocopy — Groom
- Aadhaar card photocopy — Bride's father and mother
- Aadhaar card photocopy — Groom's father and mother

4–6 weeks before the wedding

- Collect receipt from hall manager after ceremony
After the wedding
- Collect official receipt from Parijatha Conventional Hall manager — this is your marriage proof
- Visit Dharmasthala Temple for darshan — 2.4 km
- Hotel checkout at 12:00 PM (noon)
- Register marriage at your local district registrar with hall receipt
- Obtain legal marriage certificate from local civil registration office
